My daughter loved the dolls and so do I! I took advantage of the BOGO special and thought they would ship separately, but did not. They are lovely and the hair feels so soft. We have not wet it yet, but look forward to seeing how she holds up with 5 year old hands.

There’s no doll in the picture because I never got the 2 dolls I ordered and spent $129 on!!! I’ve tried to reach out multiple times with no response. So disappointed.

I wanted to exchange foll. However, when I emailed you from my personal email [email protected], I got no response. Very disappointed. I included all that was required including phone number. When the doll arrived the head was not attached to the doll. I only wanted to exchange gift for another one.

I’m teaching my granddaughters how to care for their natural hair and it was important that the dolls hair be reflective of their own. They absolutely love the dolls and are enjoying combing and styling their hair and dressing them up.

Package didn't arrive. I have been contacting customer service via email and can not get a response. I purchased 3.dolls for my daughters and my niece for her birthday. The 3rd doll has still not been delivered. I either want a refund or the doll Gianna delivered.
